qd chanel injection

“Chanel injection” is a common nickname for NCTF (New Cellular Treatment Factor), a mesotherapy-style skin booster — it is not affiliated with the fashion brand. Delivered as a series of fine micro-injections, it aims to hydrate the skin and support its texture and radiance. At QD Clinic in Gangnam, Seoul, we assess your skin first, then plan the sessions. A treatment usually takes about 20–40 minutes with little downtime. (Results vary by individual.)

is this for me

Who it’s for

Even if none of these describes you, we will look again at the consultation.

  • Dry, dull or tired-looking skin that needs hydration
  • Early fine lines and uneven-looking texture
  • Anyone wanting an overall “glow” and freshness boost
  • Those preparing their skin ahead of an event, planned in advance

This is an injectable procedure performed by medical staff. Suitability — including sensitive skin, allergies and pregnancy — is reviewed at consultation.

Before you pick a treatment name, start with the cause of your concern.

start with your concern

Even a treatment with the same name takes on a different role and scope depending on your current structure, the change you want, what you have had before and the recovery time you have.

  • 01

Where you are now, and where we start

Dryness, fine lines and skin texture, and what is actually being injected

  • 02

The change you want, the impression you keep

Rather than adding more volume, we decide where to fill and where to leave alone, and the line at which expression stays natural.

  • 03

How it differs from similar options

We compare what filler, Botox and skin boosters each change and what they cannot change, with the alternatives alongside them.

  • 04

    Health information and recovery schedule

Beforehand we check blood thinners, immune conditions and allergies, past injectables, possible pregnancy and the dates that matter.

the
principle

We check the actual ingredients and their concentration, the injection layer and the chance of allergy, bruising or inflammation, then plan around your skin concern.

NCTF is a solution that combines hyaluronic acid with a mix of revitalizing ingredients — including vitamins, amino acids, minerals and coenzymes. It is placed into the superficial layers of the skin through many small injections (mesotherapy), so the ingredients are delivered where they can hydrate and, by supporting fibroblast activity, encourage the skin’s own collagen renewal. It is a skin booster for skin quality rather than a filler used to add volume, and it does not use cell-based material. Over a series of sessions, people look for smoother, more hydrated and radiant-looking skin. (Results vary by individual.)

Chanel Injection (NCTF)

How it works

  • 01

    What NCTF contains

NCTF is a solution that combines hyaluronic acid with a mix of revitalizing ingredients — including vitamins, amino acids, minerals and coenzymes.

  • 02

    Placed by micro-injection

It is delivered into the superficial layers of the skin through many small injections (mesotherapy), so the ingredients reach where they can hydrate from within.

  • 03

    Hydration plus fibroblast support

The hyaluronic acid supports hydration, while the ingredient mix is used to support fibroblast activity and the skin’s own collagen renewal.

  • 04

    Builds over a series

Because it works with the skin over time, the look people seek — smoother, more hydrated, more radiant — tends to build across a series. (Results vary by individual.)

The same treatment, never the same plan.

the qd standard

Rather than a fashionable name or a fixed package, we weigh the structure found at examination, safety, recovery and the limits within one plan.

  • 01DIAGNOSIS FIRSTCause before nameWe first separate out the tissue and the function behind your concern.
  • 02LESS, PRECISEOnly as much as neededRather than an excessive change, we plan the smallest scope with a clear role.
  • 03HONEST LIMITThe limits, explained tooWe explain the change you can expect, the alternatives, individual differences and the risks.

  • Ingredients and authenticity

We check the product name, the maker, the ingredients, the expiry date and the use approved for that purpose.

  • Anatomy and expression

We look at where vessels are at risk, at muscle movement, skin thickness and the proportions of the whole face, then set the injection points.

  • Small amounts, one stage at a time

Allowing for swelling and the early response, we avoid overcorrection and top it up later if that is needed.

What the procedure is like

  1. Consultation and skin assessment
  2. Cleansing and, if needed, a numbing step for comfort
  3. Micro-injections of NCTF across the treatment area
  4. Soothing and aftercare guidance

Time: A treatment usually takes about 20–40 minutes.

what to expect

What to expect over time

A general guide to how the days and months after treatment usually unfold. Results vary by individual.

  1. DAY 0

    Treatment day

Micro-injections are placed across the treatment area, sometimes after a numbing step. Small injection marks, redness or mild swelling may follow.

  2. DAY 1-3

    Marks settle

Small marks, redness or tiny bruises usually settle over a few days. Makeup and skincare resume as advised.

  3. WEEK 1-2

    Hydrated look

Skin may begin to look more hydrated and fresh. This varies from person to person.

  4. ACROSS A SERIES

    Building over sessions

A short series two to four weeks apart is common at first, with the look building gradually. (Results vary by individual.)

  5. MAINTENANCE

    Occasional maintenance

Occasional maintenance sessions may follow, with the interval planned at consultation.

Sessions & results

A short series — often a few sessions spaced two to four weeks apart — is common at first, followed by occasional maintenance, with skin looking gradually more hydrated and radiant. Your plan is personalized at consultation. (Results vary by individual.)

Before you decide, the questions people always ask

before consultation

  • It is a nickname people fell into using, not an official name. What we actually inject is NCTF, a mesotherapy product, and it has nothing to do with the fashion house. If you choose a treatment by its nickname you end up not knowing what is going into your skin, so it is safer to check it by the name of the ingredients.

  • Along with hyaluronic acid it contains vitamins, amino acids, minerals and a number of other ingredients. The exact formulation differs from product to product, so we go through the ingredient list with you before the treatment. If you are allergic to a particular ingredient, or have ever reacted to one, please tell us in advance.

  • It is a mesotherapy technique, so it is placed into the shallow layers in many small amounts. That is why needle marks appear in several places, and why we start after applying a numbing cream. We decide the area by looking at where skin texture and dryness bother you, and in some cases we treat the neck and the backs of the hands as well.

  • The tiny needle marks and the redness usually settle within one to three days. Some people bruise, so we recommend leaving about a week before an important occasion. Skip makeup on the day itself, and put off saunas, strenuous exercise and alcohol.

  • Some people feel hydrated after a single session, but as a rule we plan several sessions as one course. Because the treatment works on moisture and texture, a single change tends not to last long, and it has more the character of ongoing care. We decide the number of sessions and the intervals after seeing your skin and how it responds, and once a course is finished we set a maintenance rhythm together.
