QD Lumora™ is a system developed in-house at QD Clinic. It uses AI to analyze facial images taken with professional skin measuring equipment, and lays out your skin condition and facial structure at a glance. You see where your skin stands now, in figures and images, then work with our doctors to set the order of the treatments you actually need.
A good consultation begins by hearing what bothers you, and does not end until you understand why this direction is being considered.
QD Lumora™ sets out, item by item, the skin indicators and facial structure that can be read from the captured images. What the AI produces is not an answer or a medical diagnosis; it is reference material for the consultation, so that a doctor can look at your skin, your past treatments, your daily habits and the change you hope for together.

A. No. It is a consultation aid that organizes the visual features of your skin and face from the captured images. It does not diagnose disease or replace examination by a doctor, and the actual treatment plan is decided after a consultation with our doctors.
A. Skin indicators such as pores, sebum, pigmentation, melanin, redness, wrinkles, skin tone and radiance, together with facial structure items such as the midface ratio and the jawline angle. Which items appear can differ with the capture conditions and the purpose of the consultation.
A. The report from your images is ready to go through in your consultation right after the capture. How long the whole consultation takes can differ depending on how busy the clinic is.
A. The report is reference material to support a consultation with our doctors, so we recommend having the meaning and the limits of the results explained to you as well. After the consultation you can take a printed report away and read it again.
A. Yes. Your first capture is kept as a baseline, and capturing the same items again later lets you compare how your skin has changed. Results can differ with the capture conditions and the state of your skin on the day, so a doctor reads them with you.
A. Reports are available in Korean, English, Chinese and Japanese. Tell us which language you would like when you book, and we will guide you together with our international consultation channels.
