is this for me
Who it’s for
Even if none of these describes you, we will look again at the consultation.
- Thin, crepey under-eye skin and fine lines around the eyes
- Dull, tired-looking under-eye skin
- Those who want under-eye skin quality rather than only added volume
- People treating the eye area alongside a full-face plan
Whether the under-eye suits Juvelook I, or another approach fits better, is confirmed during consultation.
Before you pick a treatment name, start with the cause of your concern.
start with your concern
Even a treatment with the same name takes on a different role and scope depending on your current structure, the change you want, what you have had before and the recovery time you have.
01
Where you are now, and where we start
Fine lines, shallow hollows and texture around the eyes
02
The change you want, the impression you keep
Rather than adding more volume, we decide where to fill and where to leave alone, and the line at which expression stays natural.
03
How it differs from similar options
We compare what filler, Botox and skin boosters each change and what they cannot change, with the alternatives alongside them.
04
Health information and recovery schedule
Beforehand we check blood thinners, immune conditions and allergies, past injectables, possible pregnancy and the dates that matter.
the
principle
Before the product name we match the actual ingredients, the injection layer and your skin concern, then decide the dose, the interval and anything done alongside it.
Juvelook I combines PDLLA microparticles with hyaluronic acid for the area around the eyes. The HA hydrates and softly plumps the thin under-eye skin, while the PDLLA is thought to support gradual collagen renewal, helping improve fine lines, crepey texture and firmness around the eyes over a series of sessions. It focuses on skin quality in this delicate area rather than adding notable volume. (“I” refers to the eye-area application.)

How it works
01
PDLLA with HA for the eye area
Juvelook I combines PDLLA microparticles with hyaluronic acid, directed at the thin, delicate skin under and around the eyes.
02
Hydration now, collagen over time
The HA hydrates and softly plumps the under-eye skin, while the PDLLA is thought to support gradual collagen renewal for firmness and fine lines.
03
Placed with fine microinjections
Fine microinjections deliver the material at a shallow depth suited to the area around the eyes, focusing on skin quality rather than notable volume.
04
Why change is gradual
Collagen-related change develops over a series of sessions and the following months rather than at once. (Results vary by individual.)
The same treatment, never the same plan.
the qd standard
Rather than a fashionable name or a fixed package, we weigh the structure found at examination, safety, recovery and the limits within one plan.
- 01DIAGNOSIS FIRSTCause before nameWe first separate out the tissue and the function behind your concern.
- 02LESS, PRECISEOnly as much as neededRather than an excessive change, we plan the smallest scope with a clear role.
- 03HONEST LIMITThe limits, explained tooWe explain the change you can expect, the alternatives, individual differences and the risks.

From consultation to follow-up, planned as one flow.

Ingredients and authenticity
We check the product name, the maker, the ingredients, the expiry date and the use approved for that purpose.
Anatomy and expression
We look at where vessels are at risk, at muscle movement, skin thickness and the proportions of the whole face, then set the injection points.
Small amounts, one stage at a time
Allowing for swelling and the early response, we avoid overcorrection and top it up later if that is needed.
What the procedure is like
- Consultation and assessment of the eye area
- Cleansing and numbing cream
- Fine microinjections under and around the eyes
- Cooling, soothing and aftercare guidance
Time: A session takes about 20–30 minutes, including numbing time.
Please read this before treatment
- Little downtime; small papules or raised bumps under the eyes may appear and can take up to about a day to settle in this delicate area.
- Temporary redness, mild swelling, tenderness or minor bruising may occur around the eyes.
- Avoid rubbing the area, saunas and intense exercise briefly, use sun protection, and follow the guidance we provide.

what to expect
What to expect over time
A general guide to how the days and months after treatment usually unfold. Results vary by individual.
DAY 0
Treatment day
Numbing first, then fine microinjections around the eyes. Small papules or raised bumps at the injection sites may appear, with mild redness or swelling.
DAY 1-2
Papules settling
The small papules usually settle; in the delicate under-eye area this can take up to about a day or a little longer. Minor bruising, if any, starts to fade.
WEEK 1
Hydration felt
Many people notice a hydrated, softly plumped feeling around the eyes early from the hyaluronic acid. This varies between people.
OVER THE FOLLOWING MONTHS
Skin-quality change
Over the sessions and the following months, fine lines and firmness around the eyes may improve as collagen renews. (Results vary by individual.)
AFTER THE COURSE
Review & maintenance
Your doctor reviews the outcome and discusses maintenance timing based on your skin.
Sessions & results
A typical plan is about 2–3 sessions spaced roughly 4 weeks apart, with changes developing gradually over the following months. Maintenance is considered after a period decided at consultation. (Results vary by individual.)
how it compares
How it compares
These options all address the under-eye, but they use different materials and aims, so the right one depends on whether you want skin-quality support or volume.
| Juvelook I | Rejuran I | Under-eye filler | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main agent | PDLLA microparticles + HA | Polynucleotides (from salmon DNA) | Hyaluronic-acid filler |
| How it works | Prompts gradual collagen renewal, with hydration | Supports the skin’s own repair | Adds volume to fill the area |
| Often chosen for | Under-eye skin quality with subtle plumping | Fine lines, crepey under-eye texture | Under-eye hollowing or volume loss |
| Sessions | Usually a short course | Usually a course of a few | Often a single placement, refined as needed |
| Downtime | Little; small papules possible | Little; small bumps possible | Little; swelling or bruising possible |
Neither is “better” — they work differently and suit different goals. The right choice is decided after we assess your skin.
Before you decide, the questions people always ask
before consultation
The skin under the eyes is thin and constantly in motion, so a standard formulation placed there can show through as small lumps. Juvelook I is made for that specific area, and we also keep the injection depth and the volume far more conservative than we would anywhere else. If you have had anything injected under your eyes before, please tell us what it was and when.
In such a thin area, even slightly too much product shows. That is why we do not place the full amount you want in one sitting: we start with a small volume, review how it settles, and add later. If you feel a lump afterwards, or notice the area standing out at certain angles, please contact us so we can check it straight away.
Fat that pushes forward and creates a bulge is a different problem from the hollow beneath it that casts a shadow. We can treat the hollow carefully on its own, but if the bulge is pronounced, filling the area may make it look fuller still. When fat is the cause, we will also explain under-eye fat repositioning to you.
It is better to skip it on the day of treatment and start again from the next day. Makeup that gets into the injection points causes irritation, and the eye area is a particularly sensitive one. For the first few days, remove your makeup by pressing gently instead of rubbing. If you have lash extensions or eyebrow tattooing booked, please let us know in advance.
You will feel the initial hydration quite soon, but the real change appears from four to six weeks and becomes clear at two to three months. How long it lasts varies considerably from person to person and is affected by sleep, UV exposure and the habit of rubbing your eyes. Once we have reviewed your progress, we decide the timing of the next session together.
